Had great experience hiring tcons. Just bought a house . They managed to get the property ready in 4 days. The floors were fully covered . Covered all the holes , fixed all repairs on the walls. Tech Arrived very late and had to be messaged twice..he left hardwood surrounding my area rug wet in places, he tried to up charge for "soap" stating there was a shampoo vs steam option not previously mentioned upon. Im so sorry if your not happy with the service Just to let you know vanessa There is limit for service for $130 If you cannot pay extra There will be no extra servcies And the rug were in the room On site cleaning means cleaning the rug on spot . If you wanted to do it anywhere else you could have told the technician . And you only paid $15 or $20 for the extra rug usually we charge $70 for a rug.
