I don't know how they are showing 5 star reviews here. They are the worst people for moving services. We hired them for moving our households within the city including 2 fridges. Basically I contacted them for these fridges if they can do it in a professional way but they damaged both of them and they damaged staircase rail and other furniture which we discovered after they left. They are non professional with attitude, do not know how to use moving tools and waste more time to charge you more. More...

We also handled all items—including two large fridges and a freezer—with care and professionalism. We understand you were concerned about the time taken during the move, but our priority is always to perform the job safely and thoroughly. Quality takes time, and we believe it’s better to be careful than to rush and risk damage. At the end of the job, when you mentioned scratches on the fridge, we tried to settle the issue fairly on the spot. I personally told you to deduct whatever amount you felt was appropriate, even though we had not charged for moving those heavy appliances. We wanted to ensure you felt heard and respected. It’s also important to note that this review came over a month after the move, which makes it difficult to clearly recall and confirm all the details of our conversation. We work hard to satisfy every customer and are truly sorry that you feel we did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and will continue striving to improve.
