What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help clients find solutions they didn't know existed. What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the freedom to offer clients more options and better solutions than what a single bank can provide. Becoming independent allowed me to work directly in my clients' best interests, access a wider range of lenders, and build a business based on trust, transparency, and real results.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep clients safe, I've shifted the entire mortgage process to a fully remote and contact-free system. Applications, document uploads, and signatures are all handled online, and meetings are done by phone or video call. This allows clients to complete everything from home while still receiving fast, personalzed service, without any in-person contact.
