I hired them to build a fence in the fall of 2022. They did the work and built the fence on time and for a good price. I had good communication throughout the process and they are honest and will honor warranty repairs.
I had my gate hinges fall out of the fence a year later when simply opening the gate. Called them and they gave 0 hassle. Just mentioned they will be back to re-install the gate hinges with longer screws and replace any damaged boards. took them less than a week to come back and do the repair. The individual who installed the fence/gate initially came to repair it and was great to deal with. Our fence is made with metal posts and has survived fine thus far. It's a fence, it does what it should be doing.
I would have no problem recommending them to others.

They are an awful company with no customer service and no integrity. They did a horrible job on our fence and when the salesman was asked to come and evaluate the work he would not come. We ended up having to hire a real professional to finish their shoddy work. In fact, we had 5 REPUTABLE fence companies come and all said that they could not believe how incompetent the work was and are pretty sure our fence won't last the winter. More...

Just got off the phone with the sales guy. Right off I told him I wanted to send him pictures of the old fence and pictures of the new fence design with all the details (I'm busy). He said he didn't need that just answer some of his questions (ok I'll jump through your hoop first). He could quote over the phone (huh?!). The first question he asked me could have been answered by the picture I want to send (strike one). He said they build fences differently than everyone else lol (strike two it's a simple fence man, not the Taj Mahal). Then said his fence is built to last a lifetime! (strike three I don't care we all know a fence on a 6" post will last at least 30+ years. Doubtful I'll even live here that long). At that point, I lost it, and he hung up on me. Well played fence guy and congrats on your new review. Learn to listen and get off your ridiculous car sales script you just left money on the table. More...

This is the first time I have had to complain about a contractor. This company did a lousy job, they were always late, they said they were coming and they were missing, and worst of all, the posts they put were misplaced. It was very difficult to communicate with them. The person in charge of the work was very rude at the end and he bragged that he had many more clients and that they did not care about making mistakes. The work was incomplete. More...
