I was overwhelmed with the renovation process here in Toronto, from finding a contractor to reviewing quotes to evaluating quality of work. I found Megan and Mel's service an indispensible part of our reno. I had a fairly complicated project that involved many moving parts and stakeholders, including the city, and several complicated issues to tackle. Unless you have many many renos under your belt, you'd have to be either insane or a masochist to try and navigate everything on your own. The investment in Springboard paid for itself multiple times over. Megan and Mel are experts in what they do, and great people to work with. Now that the reno is done, I actually miss our touch points and discussions. But we love the end result... well worth the investment and the effort. More...

During construction we are there to coordinate the details and keep your project on track from kick-off meeting to final walkthrough. We provide the tools you need to stay organized and supported, including site visits and reports, meeting coordination and constant communication with you and your contractor. We are your personal construction expert.
Design and Permitting
Our extensive partner network of experienced architects, interior designers and building professionals are ready to bring your project to life. We can help you determine if you need design and what kind of designer is right for you and your project. We will coordinate with your designer to keep your project on schedule and budget.
