Booked a deep cleaning service through bark and was hoping to have my space cleaned for the holidays. I was given an initial phone call the day before asking to move items that would be in the way to make it easier for cleaning, which was completely reasonable. The day of i was moving the last of the items that I believed would be a hinderance to the job when the cleaner showed up. Bear in mind when booking I was unaware I had to empty my entire space (if things are shelved I was informed that they should have been placed in boxes and moved out of the way, I also had the empty the fridge myself ) before the cleaners came and replace everything when they were finished. I booked through a secondary service and that was not listed on the description or I would not have booked because that's not the type of cleaning that I would want nor would I want to go through the hassle myself. Was told outright that my space was busy and would take too long to get through if the cleaners had to move and replace items on shelves. Spent a good twenty minutes going back and forth with the cleaner before she left without cleaning my space. I was informed she is not that type of cleaner and declutter and organizing would be a separate fee. More...

Every corner in the house clean. My husband was very impressed with how cleaned each room were cleaned.
