The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to be consistent ! This means that we must do everything we can to stay consistent with our workouts every week but it also means that we must be responsible outside of the gym. It is crucial to understand that working out is only part of the solution. It is also very important to adapt our diet to match our fitness goals and adopt some good habits (quality rest, stretching, vitamins & minerals, etc)

EMS training has become very popular in Europe and the US but it was never brought to Quebec ! We believed that the Quebec population could use a new training method to save time and get results faster which is why we decided to start Soma Fit Club.

We offer a unique and exclusive training program that is very efficient and unavailable anywhere else. Our experienced coaches have the knowledge to adapt any training program to help you achieve your fitness goals in the best way possible.

Unfortunately no, we only offer our services in person.

We now make sure to clean the studio and its equipment after every client and usage.

We offer a 3 month training program for people that want to achieve quick results in a safe way. This includes 3x workouts per week. Workout sessions are only 20 minutes but highly efficient.
