Solis Architecture provides professional architectural services for commercial projects including the following:

Custom Residential design is a unique endeavor. An Architect helps you understand what you need and want while creating unique and inspiring spaces that are specific to your needs and the location. This quality of service comes with a premium cost due to the level of customization that comes with a residential project. Most houses do not involve an architect and are done by an in-house design team working for a contractor, home builder, or some combination and work off of spec plans with limited ability to be customized. The clients who want something special and unique will spend the money and time to get it right. The fees for these types of projects are at a minimum of 10% of the construction cost, and go up depending on the complexity and requirements from the owner. Solis Architecture provides professional architectural services for industrial projects including the following:
-Pre-Eng buildings, renovations to industrial fabrication shops, fire rating reviews, exiting, and complex infrastructure projects (lift stations, fire halls, etc.) These projects require a lot of careful documentation and close coordination with the client, and consultant team. Solis Architecture thrives in a collaborative environment working on innovative and practical solutions.
Community Base Projects
Solis Architecture loves to work on community-based projects. (Cultural centers, rink pavilions, green alleys, edible landscapes, etc) These projects require a lot of consultation and engagement with the community. Solis Architecture has created and follows a process starting with the development of the Owners Project Requirements (OPR) and the Basis of Design (BOD). We guide the client/community through all aspects of the design to ensure that their vision matches the design.
