"Shine" is right. I think my bathroom tiles are whiter than when I moved in! The two ladies were very polite and kind. I had an apartment in a terrible state, with accumulated boxes my bad knees wouldn't let me remove, and accumulated grime after a bad mental episode, but no judgement was passed and they did a beautiful job! Absolutely reccomend them.
