I feel like she's helped be increase my tool bag of support strategies and confidence as I navigate both personally and professionally. I am using a meditation chant almost daily while I'm driving in my car with is a nice reset to stay positive with a growth mindset and positive inner narrative. Hi Sheri Thanks for the Bridge the Gap session before Canada Games on finding your zone of optimal performance. I was able to replicate the session for 2 club athletes that are attending Canada Games. When I debriefed with one of them after the XCO, she was excited to tell me that she applied the rainbow tool. She recognized that her energy levels were too high (too nervous for her) and she needed to calm down. Having already thought about her strategies and tools, she chose different play list music to listen to. She had a great performance! As an under age athlete (with an exemption) she was the youngest athlete to stay on the lead lap! She was very excited about the results, and equally thrilled that she had unlocked a new tool in her super power case to help her realize her best performance! Thank you for helping me to build my toolbox as a coach to better support the athletes I am fortunate to work with! More...

Our son, who is in his early 20s and neurodiverse, has been working with Sheri for the past six months, and the difference in his life has been incredible. Before coaching, he often felt stuck and overwhelmed with daily tasks, and the thought of starting a career seemed daunting. Since working with Sheri, his time management and engagement have improved dramatically. She has helped him build strategies to manage his executive functioning challenges, and he's now taken meaningful steps forward—most notably, landing a job in his chosen field. I can’t believe how quickly this transformation happened. It’s honestly a miracle that brings tears to my eyes. Sheri continues to coach him on how to succeed at work and maintain balance in his personal life. Her compassionate and practical approach has empowered our son and given us hope. We can’t thank Sheri enough for the positive impact she’s had on his journey. Highly recommended for any family looking for guidance and support with a neurodiverse young adult! More...

It's so hard to put into words the impact coaching with Sheri has had on my life. I keep trying to find the right words but clarity, focus and transformation are trite. Life-altering, profound, revolutionary seem to fit better. I have gone from being confused, frozen and unable to make a decision to standing firm in my decisions and moving forward in confidence and joy. Even though I have been involved in personal development, either as a student or a teacher, for over 15 years, I was unable to find the tools to help me through this current period of life. Sheri was able to guide me and help me find my own answers, that made sense for me. I trust her expertise so much that I referred a family member to her and they're getting the same excellent results. Sheri has a calm presence that gives you the space you need to dig deep and find answers that just seemed to be escaping you until she starts asking questions. I was reluctant to try coaching, but I'm so glad I did and I'm so glad I found Sheri. You will absolutely be calmer, more focused, happier and a better version of yourself when you start working with her. More...

Sheri is hands down the best coach I have worked with. She gets to the heart of what is holding you back, and helps you implement tools that immediately impact your ability to focus, prioritize, set goals, and move forward towards your full potential. If you are feeling that you are your own worst enemy, Sheri is the person to help you unblock your positive inner self and shine. Her impact outlasts her sessions, and today my son often asks for her "melting ice cream" meditation that she put together just for him (he's five, and this helps him calm his body to go to sleep). My coaching session with Sheri was one of the most multi-faceted, perfectly paced and impactful sessions I've ever had with a performance coach - and as a former pro athlete I've had a few of them over the years. It's not easy to find missions as satisfying and clear cut as an athletic career presents. Since I've retired, I've done (and do) "cool" things, but am trying to find a mission that I'm just as passionate and certain about. One single session with left me feeling emotionally lighter, more confident about my path, invigorated and at the same time...calmer. Sheri's coaching style is: - Empowering (She guided me to find my own answers in ways I didn't think I could). -Engaging (As much as she led the session, I actively contributed) - Impactful (I left with some 'answers', tools to use [which I actually did use], and some "homework" that I can fit into my packed schedule.) Thank you, Sheri More...

I came to coaching because my mind and heart felt disconnected. I was finding it difficult to even hear my own thoughts, and I was experiencing a lot of stress in my daily life. During our coaching Sheri asked creative, expansive questions, and genuinely validated my experience, which helped me connect with myself again. For the first time in years, through our conversations, I felt space to slow down and think deeply. Because of Sheri's expert coaching, I was able to create a morning routine that grounded my mind and set a peaceful, productive tone for my day. She helped me to connect with skills I had forgotten about, and build new and important skills that now support a better life and internal wholeness. The creative integrations - a collage, a drawing, etc. (one sample is below) Sheri suggested I do following our sessions inspired new insights that always pleasantly surprised me. Sheri Jay's coaching is a powerful resource that I am very grateful for! More...

In my first session with Sheri, she asked me to visualize the version of me I wished to become. Today, I feel a whole lot closer to that vision I described. What I’m most grateful for is how she’s taught me skills to help myself, rather than just relying on our sessions for guidance. I often find myself feeling as if a switch went off in my mind by the end of our sessions with everything becoming much clearer after I meditate, reflect, and work through the designated focus of that session. Best coaching sessions I've had. I've worked with Sheri as my coach throughout 2024 to refine my approach to work/mental health balance. I had a health situation back in 2019, adjusted and recovered, and was looking to get back to making confident decisions without thinking back to my health journey in 2019. Sheri was great to work with and was certainly up to the task. I walked away with a renewed sense of balance and assurance in myself, my growth, and my decision-making process. Her approach is to allow you to arrive at the best solution for yourself while guiding you to understand each step needed to get there. She has many books and materials to work with, and she never nudges you in any one direction. Sheri coaches you to find and refine your own internal tools. So when you advocate for yourself or take on new responsibilities, you know you are up for the task and how to navigate it. She is experienced, fun, approachable, and easy to talk to. Bonus points: Sheri involves many creative ways of exploring and understanding your thoughts, like legos, writing, and collages. This was one of my favorite parts of the process; it's a fun and not intimidating way of thinking through your thoughts. More...

Sheri Jay was a great support to me as I worked my way through a major life transition. I found myself in a situation where I had to re-establish myself at a time in life when most people would rather not. It was daunting and stressful. Sheri Jay's life coaching was a welcome support as I worked through this phase in my life. She offered many innovative techniques so that I could find new ways to frame some of the challenges I faced and discover coping skills and inner strengths. Sometimes having that extra layer of support makes all the difference, especially when in the expert hands of someone like Sheri Jay who really understands how to guide us through the challenges that life can throw at us.
