After threatening me that my plumbing was not to code, the bill was reduced to $250 at my request. I would never use them again. Sam came the day after a fraudulent installer (Youssef Awad, White Gloves Renovations) placed a toilet and bathtub resulting in leaks and water damage.
He pointed out all the errors, tried the least expensive solutions, and directed how to proceed after drywall in room below is removed.
He was very clear that the installer was a fraud.
