Our experience with Nathan, owner of Rosalie Preventive Maintenance, was one of professionalism and commitment to doing the best work possible. We had him clean our approximately 200 square foot glass roof in mid November. He showed up when promised and immediately went to work blowing the leaf debris off and then getting on the roof scrubbing off the adhesive like pollen mixture. Over the past 12 years I have had numerous companies come in to clean the roof and this was the first time someone took the time and care to actually make sure each of the 16 panels were entirely cleaned. Three weeks after the roof was cleaned a windstorm came through and once again covered the glass roof with leaves and debris. I had Nathan come back to blow the leaves off…..expecting him to do just that. Not only did he blow the leaves but he also got down on his hands and knees on the glass with a cloth and made sure the stains left by the leaves were scrubbed off. He finished off by once again hosing down the roof. Nathan and his company will be the first company I’ve used in 12 years that I will have come back to do our roof cleaning next year. More...

What inspired you to start your own business?
I started the business out of necessity to do more and do better in my life and family's life. The company name 'Rosalie' comes from my grandmother who used to be a building manager and I at a young age would go around and meet the tenants and help her fix the issues they had. She was influential in my understanding of peoples needs and compassion. Unfortunately in 2013 she passed away and this was my way to pay homage and respect to her for all the life lessons she taught me. We truly are a family business right down to its core and name!
