Very good experience beginning with ben who came to see the house and garage and clearly explained the steps and extra care they take in doing cedar roofs (type of shingle, underlayment, cedar breather, copper flashing, hand nailing technique, zinc strips on north facing part to reduce moss etc. ). The proposal was provided shortly thereafter by ben and Eleanor, very detailed and thorough and the price was very competitive with other quotes I had received, but much better detail and assurances of quality. The crew who came to do the job was very hard-working and courteous, every night everything was left tidy and despite a few rainy days they completed the job on time. Overall the experience was above my expectations as I have been disappointed in the last few years with other contractors and trades. This company is professional and I would highly recommend them if you are looking at replacing a cedar roof or other type of roof.
