What inspired you to start your own business?
Desire to raise the standard of property management. We saw an opportunity to combine professional expertise with genuine care, clear communication, and accountability. By building Rimrock Property Management, we set out to create a company where clients feel heard, properties are managed proactively, and long-term value is always the priority.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep our clients and communities safe during Covid-19, Rimrock Property Management adapted quickly and responsibly. We implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols in common areas, followed all public health guidelines, and adjusted onsite work to reduce contact where possible. We expanded digital communication, virtual meetings, and electronic documentation to limit in-person interactions while maintaining service levels. Above all, we focused on clear communication and flexibility to ensure residents, boards, and staff felt informed, supported, and safe.
