Lisa is fantastic and helped me get back into the groove of exercising after having my baby! She designed my workout to include my baby which made it all the more fun!! Thanks Lisa for this!!!

I can’t say enough about how great my experience with Lisa has been! When I was Faced with a couple injuries, Lisa was able to make adjustments to my program that still allowed me to get in my workouts. I feel totally comfortable with her and the privacy of her studio, which makes it easy to stick with my workouts. I never dread going to Lisa’s as I know she wail always be encouraging and motivating no matter how I’m feeling that day. I’m so glad I found Lisa and Refire Fitness! More...

I was really happy with the plan that Lisa created for me. She took into consideration my life schedule and found a way to fit in some fitness! She developed a customized work out plan which required no equipment and I could complete from my house. Thanks Lisa! More...

I went to Refire Fitness because I was tired of being tired. I need to get more fit, but at the time of our meeting, my main goal was to get some energy. I have chronic anemia so maintaining any level of energy can be difficult for me. Lisa met with me one-on-one to talk about my short term and long term goals. We looked at ways through food management and interval training to increase my energy. We started out on a plan that was so simple! I could start to see and feel results within a week. I started getting compliments about how my shape was changing and I was even awake to hear them! But THE BEST part of working with Lisa, is there was absolutely NO JUDGEMENT. It is hard as an overweight person to open yourself up like that. Overweight people are criticized daily by looks we're given, snide remarks and even marketing that says you have to be thin to win. Not to mention our own internal voice putting us down. She didn't make me feel that way. In fact, she helped me love myself even more. Thanks so much for everything!! More...

Lisa is great! She takes the time to develop a personalized plan based on your goals and abilities. She also helps you with meal and snack ideas to keep you on track. Lisa is a great motivator and gives you the push you need to keep going, she is super supportive and always there if you have any questions! I love the style of the plan she developed for me, I can workout at home whenever I want with no fancy equipment required! More...
