We went to Red Lobster in Sudbury tonight for the endless shrimp. Our server - Chantal was outstanding!!! We did not have to wait for refills, in fact she had refills to us even before we finished the previous ones. Our table consisted of 8 people and we all left happy and commending the excellent service that Chantal provided! Endless shrimp has become a tradition with our group and I must say we were not disappointed tonight! A++ tonight for sure!! More...

Tonight my family & loved ones enjoyed a wonderful meal here... A little background story: Feb. 10, 2004 our daughter underwent open heart surgery at 7 days old. We decided to celebrate this day as a second "birth date" as this surgery helped save our baby's life. So, for the past 14 years we have enjoyed a wonderful meal at Red Lobster with family. Some years it was celebrated with just the 5 of us and other years, like this year we had a gathering of 20+! As most Sudburians know the restaurant was closed on February 10th 2018 due to repairs. Anyhoot, we asked our 14 year old daughter if she wanted to celebrate her special day at a different restaurant this year and she asked if we could just postpone the event till the restaurant re-opened. So that's what we did. I called and spoke with Brian who took my reservation, and he asked if there was a special occasion... to which I explained our family tradition and how our daughter opted to wait for the restaurant to re-open instead of going elsewhere...Now let's fast forward to tonight. My heart is filled with love and gratitude and blessings.... keeping in mind that we were celebrating regardless as that's what we've been doing.... the restaurant's General Manager, Brian, came in to introduce himself to my daughter and shared a few words.... he made our daughter very happy by not only offering to cover her meal tonight, but every year we celebrate with them moving forward!! Our witty daughter and Brian shared a few laughs and a photo together.... I wanted to share this as it's such a great story. Thank you Brian and all the staff that helped out tonight... (I wish i was good with names!!).... Please know you are all amazing!! We will forever be grateful for your generosity I haven't posted a photo of Brian and my daughter on this site as I forgot to ask his permission... although I did share my story with my friends on my FB which includes photos... I hope you don't mind Brian... Our family thanks the Red Lobster family!! More...

A nice out of town location on my trip to Sudbury , I love those cheesy biscuits , my salad was zippy nice also with champagne dressing , I had west coast blackened coho salmon and it was great , made me memorial of our Alaskan cruise where salmon was a plenty

Was super nice getting there and not having to wait. The new drinks on the menu along with the old tried and true were very good. Was disappointed the Fishermans Feast is no longer, enjoyed the scallops but seems that they're making away from scallops. The portions were very large and all the food was very good. The waiter didn't check on us as often as they have previously and forgot our side order but, when noted, he was kind and quick and apologetic. More...

Yesterday March 17, 2017 my husband and I got married. It was a small affair after which we had decided to have dinner with our family at Red Lobster. The manager Jennifer and our servers Sarah and Jordan were amazing! Never have I had more attentive service in a restaurant. Jennifer herself came in more than once to check on us to congratulate us and to make sure everything was perfect. We went to Sudbury's Red Lobster last evening. What was amazing to see is our g/son Alex read the menu and actually make eye contact with the ""fantastic"" waitress and place his own order. Thanks to all the Autism Educators and his family for getting him to this level. Northeastern Public School in Garson is doing a great job. (Rainbow School Board) Our waitress was just amazing. I sure hope she gets to see this message as we did not explain. We just let Alex do his own thing and it was great. Please thank her for me.
