Over the last 10 years, I have had the opportunity to work in several roles in the service (education), manufacturing and non profit sectors in Ghana, the UK and Canada.
Over the years, my unending desire for continuous improvement, value addition and a better work/life balance motivated me to finally take the leap into starting my own business.
I personally take pride in being a catalyst for organizational/business success. I couldn't achieve this while working in the 'shadows'.

Financial Statements
We will prepare full set of financial statements including Statement of Profit or Loss, Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Cash Flows for a given period and in accordance with GAAP
Bookkeeping
We provide full cycle bookkeeping services. We will keep your books of accounts in order, reconcile your bank, credit cards, business line of credits etc. We also provide receivables and payables management as needed and assist you with GST/HST or Provincial sales tax returns.
Accounting for Non Profits
We understand the intricacies of accounting for Non Profits having preciously worked for NGOs and Public Sector Organization. If you need full cycle accounting for grants, funds, donations etc, we have got you covered. We prepare these accounts in accordance with the relevant accounting standards - GAAP, ASNPO, PSAS.
Payroll Services
We provide full cycle payroll services to small and medium sized entities. We prepare your payroll periodically, compute payroll tax remittances, issue T4s, ROEs, etc.
Compilation Engagement Reports - Notice to Readers
We provide compilation engagement reports, formerly known as (notice to readers); to help clients meet the demands of third parties.
This involves preparing a full set of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and/or the regulatory framework to meet the requirement of third parties such as banks, other lenders, insurance companies, donor/funders etc.
We work with you throughout the engagement to ensure our clients needs are met.
Personal and Business Tax Preparation
We provide quality tax preparation and e-filing services for Individuals, Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships and Corporations at a competitive prices. We assess your eligibility for all prevailing tax credits/benefits and diligently ensure you maximize any potential refunds. We would also gladly represent you in respect of any requests from the CRA (such as reviews) and in the unlikely event of a Tax Audit.
