Puraseal mérite 0 étoile, en effet, mais je suis obligée à choisir une.
Je ne pourrais pas commenter la qualité, car les travaux n'ont jamais été terminés (depuis 12 mai 2025 que j'attends).
Alors, pas de qualité en vue.
Jonathan est un champion à faire délayer les travaux - il trouve toujours des prétextes.
Il y a surement des clients plus importants que les autres et il prend bien soin de te faire sentir cela.
Après un mois que tergiversations, nerfs, mensonges et j'en passe, j'ai décidé de mettre fin à notre collaboration. Ça m'a attiré une multitude des menaces.
La pire expérience de ma vie!
Restez à l'écart de cette compagnie et son propriétaire!

Hello Amalia, On vous a remboursé au complet et en plus on a travaillé gratuitement car la pluie au mois de mai nous a pas permis de compléter la peinture car on s’aligne à faire du travail avec qualité et non vite fait comme vous l’avez signifié. Vous êtes la 1 sur 100 qui a un commentaire négatif sur nous. Je vous avais dit qu'on pourrait appliquer la peinture avant la pluie à une condition, que l'on enlève la garantie, mais il y avait rien qui marchait pour vous, car c’est dommage. Je vous souhaite bonne chance car on peut pas couper des coins pour avoir un job fait vite. Chez Puraseal, c’est la qualité qui est la plus importante. Merci.
