I used Bark as I had a great guy come and skim and prime my ceiling, I could not have been any happier with him and used him again for my baseboard installing and painting, so thought I’d use the same for post Reno cleaning.
Price was very high but I specifically requested kitchen cupboards and everything in them be cleaned. Abby and staff arrived bang on time and assured me everything would sparkle. Abby was really nice and I felt confident leaving her to clean my apartment, including thoroughly the kitchen.
I went out and left them to it. She called when she had finished and asked me to check so I looked briefly, I’m uncomfortable with that sort of thing so reluctantly put my hand on one of the cupboard shelves and all appeared good. I paid her the money for agreed for this service, and tipped well too.
I had to go out quickly again and when I came back I took out a large bowl and slid my hand across it, imagine my shock when the very first thing I checked hadn’t been washed, as I inspected closer it was apparent none of what I wanted had been done. I called Abby who to be fair seemed upset I wasn’t happy with the work they had done. Only then did she say we don’t do dishes. The whole reason I got post Reno cleaners in, was for the damn dishes and she knew that! She did offer to come back however I’m a busy person and I don’t have the time to watch over anyone least of all “professionals. Even now, 3 days on all I see is an extremely sub par job for the money I paid. I have already left one review which has been miraculously deleted………avoid this company and Abby at all costs. I definitely would NOT recommend Promise Kept Cleaning or Abby in any way shape or form.

Abby and team did a marvelous job of deep cleaning my apartment for end of tenancy.
I had not been living in the apartment since covid lockdown and had 2 lockers of stuff that had just been moved to the apartment before lockdown.
Was unable to clean the apartment until after I sorted through to exit the apartment.
Dust was thick, windows, floors, bathroom, kitchen and all cupboards needed deep cleaning.
When Abby was done everything was sparkling clean.
