I had a disappointing experience during a recent phone call with your representative. I started the conversation politely by saying “Hi, how are you? ” but was met with a rude and abrupt “No.” When I asked if you were hiring for a PSW or any other position, the tone remained dismissive and unprofessional. Later, I even received a personal message accusing me of hanging up without saying thank you — which felt unnecessary, especially considering how the conversation started. Respect goes both ways. If someone reaches out with genuine interest and courtesy, they deserve at least a basic level of respect in return. My Mother is 91 and cared for my handicapped brother for 40 years, when she downsized to an apartment and my Brother went to an assisted apartment Sunday lunch for them at Mom's became the most important thing in the World. She had been doing this with Premier Care assistance for a few years. One Sunday with very little notice Megan notified me they had no one to come on the next Sunday, sorry for the inconvenience. That is not just an inconvenience, it was exceptionally upsetting to my Mother, it is unacceptable!!!. I was out of the Country or I would have helped my Mother. It is the sole purpose of their company, to provide assistance to those in need. You never give all your staff the same day off, how can anyone say you have no one to help. After I emailed we would no longer require their no service Megan never ever called my Mom to apologize, the sense she really did not care was abundant.
