I worked with Kelvin in June 2022 to do legal basement. I asked him to come and do a preliminary assessment. He charged me about $400 spent 5 minutes on-site and went away no measurement nothing . He asked me to arrange for a plumber to file papers, which I could not get. Long story short, I worked with another consultant he got me approval for same price as permit works without me having to manage plumber. Two points - Either Kelvin should have managed the plumber or put the demand upfront that without this condition met we cannot proceed forward. I felt cheated of my money!!! ########## Updated 21/09/2024 None of the reasons provided by you below addresses the two points I mentioned above.
