Sergio and Paco from Pedigree Painting, arrived sharply at the scheduled time, fully prepared to begin the job for me. Sean, had previously visited to take pictures of the areas I wanted painted. These pictures allowed both painters to arrived fully prepared to complete the tasks, as required. They worked diligently, from beginning to end! They cleaned up each area as the work progressed. The main area of work was a bedroom, which required preparation before painting. I chose the colour from pictures sent from the paint store. The end result was the perfect shade to compliment the colour of the living room and kitchen! Door frames were painted, as requested! The end result is a very welcoming home! We had Pedigree Painting paint all parts of the large exterior of a duplex in White Rock including soffits, garage door, window molding and exterior metal work during April and May 2024. They provided a very detailed and complete estimate. It was thorough and easy to understand. Once they were selected as our painter they arranged an hour meeting with a color advisor. She made many excellent suggestions which improved the final look. Before they started they came cover and painted each color and a good sized part of the house, doors and soffits. They dried the paint so we could actually see how it looked on the house. A great service. This prep was excellent. They provided a very professional soft wash of the exterior and arranged with the company installing gutters after the paining to remove the gutters which were also being replaced. The he actual painting occurred sporadically to avoid painting any wet surfaces cue to intermittent rain. There is little to say about the painting other than it was profession, detailed, and carried out by a friendly and efficient crew. Both sides of the duplex were pleased with work and the daily reports that arrived by email. Overall a highly enjoyable interaction with excellent advice, a fair price and a great crew. Stuart, Pablo and Sergio are fantastic to work with. To save money, we painted ourselves when we first moved in a few years back, but we did a terrible job and knew that once we'd saved up enough money we'd want to get it all professionally redone. Pedigree Painting sent an interior designer to help us choose our colours, then repainted our entire house for a reasonable price, by either fully repainting rooms that were beyond help or just touching up areas that they felt didn't need as much work. The crew was also really nice, and very efficient and I couldn't be happier. They made our quirky narrow townhouse look bright and spacious! We discovered Pedigree Painting at the home show earlier this year. They came to our home and provided a detailed quote for the work to be done (interior), including a communication plan that provided updates at the end of every day. We stayed in our home while the work was being done, and while that may sound untenable, the team (Sergio, Genaro, Mohammed, and Elmer) worked around us. It was great. The quality of the work was top drawer. We were concerned that covering up darker walls (we had earth tones) with lighter colours was going to be a challenge but they triple coated the walls and they look pristine. The team lead, Pablo, responded to any queries we had and ensured any deficiencies (there were not that many at all) were addressed quickly. The clean up at the end of every day was great. You wouldn’t have known the painters were there except for the newly painted walls and trim. We have no hesitation in recommending Pedigree Painting to anyone looking to have their homes painted. Stewart, Pablo and the team were amazing to deal with. They were quick and very efficient and did an excellent job. They quoted me three days to get 5 bedrooms painted, they did it in a day and a half. Any touch ups that we noticed and needed fixing were attended to immediately and without hesitation (not that there were many anyways). They don't have the best estimators at all! In my opinion. I really feel like they need some education on proper estimates or they need to learn how to hire the right people. Right now they are looking for estimators to hire. I feel sorry for the clients and employees that have to deal with the incompetence. You can place my information on there all you like lol, you can complain to google all you like. Please be an adult and stop acting like a victim because nobody has threatened you, The only person that's threatening, is you! towards me, saying you're going to sue me, well good luck with that buddy. This post is my opinion from me and a few others and it's not going anywhere. Fortunately I have not had to experience you guys.
