I have recently started bringing my 10 year old to Paula at PAZ Holistic Wellness for some sleep issues and anxiety. Since we started I have not heard my child has not been complaining about their stomach hurting, not asking to not go to school and I have noticed that my child hasn’t slept walked and seems to be sleeping better.
