For our anniversary, my fiancée and I hired Chef Pat a month ago. It was the best decision ever! Pat's menus were easy to choose from and he brought everything needed to our home, including his big heart! His cooking was simply amazing and he even added special cakes and wines that were not on the menu. Pat was very friendly and made our evening special. After cooking, he cleaned the kitchen perfectly. We learned Pat can make custom menus too, which we want to try next time. I discuss with my clients any food sensitivities and then I find out how I can create that perfect menu for them and their guests.
What do you love most about your job?
Taking very good care of people, I love keeping people happy and putting smiles on their faces; from great food to great stories from my companies history.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I believed the food world could use more personal chefs, so I began!
