Hired pane Relief to do our windows on april 25th. Booked about 1 month in advance. Wednesday night around 9:30pm I was contacted to move the start time of my appointment on the 25th. Then day of cleaning I got a message about 15 minutes before they were to be starting telling me they would a little late.. then ended up showing up an hour late. They were to clean all the screens and around the windows as well. The individual that showed up was suppost to remove them but when they showed up requested us to pull them all out which ended up being fine because my husband was home. At the end of the cleaning the windows were left very wet and dried streaky. I ended up going outside and touching up a large portion of the job. The windows ended up being just as dirty a week later :/ which is really unfortunate especially with the price tag attached to it and the service we received. Which the owner also said wasnt normal and they guarantee their work and would fix it. It seems everyone else has a great review to give and I'm not sure if that is because I was told they would make it right if I removed my reviews. I waited a day shy of 2 weeks to hear back on when they'd return and even sent a message to touch base and radio silence.. so here I am rewriting my review. I feel this company for me has had horrible communication, horrible workmanship and really ripped us off for the service we received. I would have loved to receive the same service others seem to get but unfortunately that was not the case. And for that they lost someone who would have happily been a repeat customer. More...
