I called because I was in desperate need of a major clean. Several coinciding circumstances resulted in my house being messy, over filled with too many pieces of furniture, misc Rubbermaid tubs, etc AND all covered in dust & cat hair. Finding myself unable to cope, I called Ottawa Pro Cleaners. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I was hesitant to have a crack foundation fixed but Mariam and Jesse from conrete reno assured me that they can do the job. They were eager to do the job and take my money asked for review even before the job was done, seven months later the job is not done. My front yard is a mess. Looks like a construction site. Mariam told me my front lawn would be put back as it was before. I cannot get letters deliver to my home because of this. Jesse never came back to complete it. I found out he was fully book for the season. They set 4 different dates to complete the job, I was stood up 4 times just to be contacted at night telling me their sub contractor were busy. I was so glad to have found Ottawa Pro Cleaners. We were moving out of our house and having a tenant move in the same day, and because we were going out of the country that morning, we'd have no way to actually oversee the work. For this reason, I wanted to find someone I knew I could trust to really take care and do a good job in thoroughly cleaning our house. In speaking with Mariam on the phone, I knew that our house was in great and capable hands, and I was right. Mariam sent me videos and photos of the completed work, the house was in perfect shape! We had also had Ottawa Pro Cleaners fix up the walls with patching/painting (they also installed some baseboards in one of the rooms) and they did a perfect job. This was a great choice for our home cleaning services.
I was looking for a house cleaning service, for awhile…but was very hesitant as I tried many other cleaning companies in the past and they were ok but not great. When speaking with the owner of pro cleaning services she walked me through all the services and also reassure me that if I was not satisfied, that she would ensure to send someone that got it done to my satisfaction . Well that was not necessary as the cleaning person she sent, was amazing.
She did a great job, exactly what I wanted. She was a hard worker and I felt very comfortable with her in the house.
I have secured her service for months to come.

I would highly recommend them. They did a great job making our home ready for move in. The guy did an excellent job with windows and the lady also did an excellent job with all other cleaning stuff.
