I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and have nothing but positive things to say about this place! It’s always so clean, they recently upgraded with some new equipment, the sauna and showers are great, and the staff is super friendly! Also, shoutout to Maddy for the best mat Pilates classes. I am a Culver City LA Fitness survivor (iykyk) and this is such a massive upgrade and a better deal than Equinox. What was an originally really positive experience soured when I no longer wanted to buy supplements from them. Very expensive program that is ultimately designed to push their products regardless of if you need them or not. When I informed them that I had several extra weeks of supplements they refused to allow me to pause these weekly purchases. Furthermore, they informed me that my only option was to end the program early, but that I would still be on the hook for buying 4 more weeks of supplements. While they claim to have a personalized approach I did not find this to be the case. No efforts were made to accommodate my needs despite numerous requests to be allowed to continue the program without buying weekly supplements. More...

I just ordered a drink from uber eats. They gave it without packaging. Straw wasn’t in paper bag or anything either, At least use their mind & put that in bag or tray so that nobody can touch it. It got germs from drivers hand & then driver left it on the floor. Does your employees want me to use that straw in my drink from the floor. I don’t know they tryna save money on paper or being lazy. We came here on Sunday afternoon to try this ice cream out for the first time. There was no other customers inside the store yet every table was dirty and covered it crumbs. Do not buy lamb from here, I’ve been buying meat from here since three years, the meat was good in the beginning but it’s been a year they keep selling goat in the name of lamb thinking people are stupid don’t know the difference between lamb and goat meat. Michael is a scammer. Screwed our company out of $40k. He subs all his work, doesn't do a thing. Takes a legit stair companies quote, marks it up substantially. Asked our guys to wear his shirts on install (never happening). Never on site, no concept of what is going on. Blames everyone else for all his shortfalls.
