What do you love most about your job?
I love working with individuals and business leaders who are committed and are looking for a more effective way to achieve positive changes in their lives and careers.
It's a blessing to experience a sense of joy with my clients when they achieved breakthroughs in their lives and careers, as a result of our program.
The ability to get to the heart of communication issues and relationship struggles, and then, witness the transformation that happens is so amazing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I fully understand how quickly and difficult life can become, and without having the proper support, mentor and coach, one can easily start walking down the wrong path.
Throughout the years I achieved many successes in my career and held various key roles such as Sales Manager, Operations Managers, VP of Sales, and General Manager in multiple industries. I even worked for a Fortune 500 company, and they had an the best leadership program out of all of the organizations. However, none of the training ever focused on Emotional and Relationship Intelligence (EQ). Certainly could have used it, especially early on in my career.
Studies show that leaders with a higher level of EQ are able to lead, inspire, motivate and build more effective working teams. Organizations that have implemented this training as part of their leadership development program, are much more successful.
Six years ago my life changed dramatically. As a result, of this transformation, I became aware of the importance of developing this very important and critical soft skill, and the impact in one's career and life is profound.
That is why I'm passioned and committed to helping business leaders and individuals, like you, to develop and raise the level of Emotional and Relational Intelligence (EQ).
Our transformational program is impacting lives, careers, and professional and personal relationships, including marriages. My past experience, knowledge, insights and certified training allow me to be understanding, empathetic, and effective in the work I do with my clients.
