Bimpe at Olex Legal really came through for us with very little notice! Our mortgage was set to fund with one of the Big 5 banks, but the instructions weren't sent until the day before funding. Even on such short notice, Bimpe was able to prepare all of our documents and have them ready for signing the same day they arrived. She even stayed after hours to accommodate us. The next morning, she made sure the funds were forwarded to the builder's trust account and followed up to ensure we received the keys to our new home.
