I've written reviews for Old to New Construction inc (oldtonewconstruction.ca) on yelp, Google and homestars for cross reference. I had a problem with Danny Daluz. He refused or didn't show up to finish or fix work and damages after I paid him. I gave him 4 months to make it right. No warranty. Beware. For all 99.9% of our clients who read this review left after spending weeks of man hours working with this ungrateful client who supplied all materials “ missing 30% of parts we gladly used materials and products we didn’t back charge for doing multiple extras for this project at no charge repeatedly repaired defected fixtures we never supplied at no charge went above and beyond to make this client satisfied to the point where it wasn’t making sense more we did more she complained more we offered the more she wanted from our guys … with pages and pages of communication threw the whole job up until it was time to pay the bill nothing was good enough or up to her standards even still design and products that were supplied by homeowner weren’t met to our standards or warranty at that .. we will work with clients top to bottom in and out .. our time in business this project was by far impossible to satisfy someone who had other intentions from the start .. karma works in mysterious ways and most definitely on our side with all the effort dedication time & Generosity we did everything we were asked plus’s a lot more after that to come to this review…having 3 , 4 personalities always tough to read genuine people …. For anyone who reads this post please do your due diligence and see what really happens when you call us to do anything services you request from custom home build , dream kitchen, gorgeous spa on suite to legal basement apartments we never cut any corners , we do it once we do it right the first time …now that you’ve read this far ,you got atleast to read the other side of the story …🙏🏽😇
