Understanding that the application for immigration to Quebec did not necessarily require the services of a lawyer we felt that it would be invaluable to us to benefit from the assistance of a firm experienced in this process. We have not been disappointed. Both the two people of the Northia team in Montreal, Phillip Webber and Elaine Chow, took time to sit down with us and communicate with us by e-mail at all points in the process.
