1人で参加しましたが同じように1人参加の人が多かったのとガイドのJoeさん盛り上げてくれたので全く寂しくなかったです紅葉は半分ぐらいだったけど、みんなでカヌーを漕ぎながら見たり、ハイキングで絶景スポットでみた景色は本当に素晴らしかったです個人的にはアルゴンキン公園に行くまでにスーパーに寄って昼ごはん買う、が予定に入ってるのが外国らしいなーとワクワクでした英語あんまりできなくても十分楽しめたのでおすすめです

Had an amazing experience on the ‘Algonquin Park & Ragged Falls’ tour with Northbound Tours! The itinerary was really well organized and gave us a great mix of canoeing, hiking, beautiful scenery, photo stops, and interesting information about the area. The canoeing was especially peaceful and beautiful, and everything felt smooth and well planned. It was a perfect way to experience Algonquin Park in one day!A special thank you to our guide, Saj, who was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, funny, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire day. He constantly checked that everyone was comfortable, made sure no one felt left out, shared lots of interesting information along the way, and even took photos for everyone at the scenic spots. He really went above and beyond to make the tour enjoyable.Our driver, Jay (sorry if i misspelled) was also great - he drove safely and efficiently and always making sure we didn’t miss the beautiful views along the way. At the end of the tour, they even helped us get to a well-known local restaurant for dinner, which was exactly what we needed after a long day!Everything about the tour was enjoyable and thoughtfully organized. Super excursion d’une journée avec Saj pour aller jusqu’au Parc Algonquin (22 août 2026).L’organisation était top ! J’ai adoré la sortie en canoë pour aller jusqu’aux Ragged Falls. La randonnée au Parc Algonquin était super également car elle n’était ni trop facile ni trop difficile et permettait de profiter du paysage et de la nature.Une pause pour manger le soir était même prévu. Attention car si vous allez au Webers pour goûter leur bons hamburgers, prévoyez du cash car ils ne prennent que des cartes bancaires canadiennes.Nous avions réservé avec « Get your guide » et nous n’avons pas été déçus.Je recommande Northbound Tours car tout est pris en charge et les guides sont très sympas. Can't praise Joe enough.He led our group of 12 on a tour canoeing on the Oxtongue Lake & River to the Ragged Falls with our guide Gort. Hike up to the top of the falls.Onto Algonquin Park to the optional hike along the Fork Lake Trail , then finally the Lookout Trail, back safely to the pick up point, stopping at Webers for burgers & fries. Went to Algonquin for the day with Chris and was amazed at how patient he was! As a city girl, the quieeeet of Algonquin really stood out to me, and canoeing was a highlight! Looking forward to ice fishing!

It was a wonderfully planned day and an amazing experience. Even though it was a 14-hour trip, everything was planned so well that we didn’t even feel the length of the journey. Throughout the trip, we were well guided, acknowledged, and kept informed. Our guide also made sure that everyone was comfortable, whether it was arranging washroom and food breaks, telling us interesting things about the places we were visiting, or playing movies during the drive. Even our vehicle had a name, “Moose,” which made the whole experience more fun and memorable.Once we reached the destinations, the itinerary was planned in a way that allowed us to make the most of our time and truly enjoy the places we visited.Overall, it was one of the best travel experiences we’ve had. The day was streamlined and ran to plan perfectly from pick up to drop off. Our guide Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. He made everyone feel welcome and included . I was a little concerned the activities may be to much but it was all easy enough for anyone with a moderate level of fitness . I thought I may spend a lot of time in water with the canoeing but that was not the case, the boats are very stable and the canoeing was as a group. I had an amazing experience with Northbound on their two-day, one-night camping trip in Bruce Peninsula National Park ! 🏕️✨This was my first-ever camping trip and also my first time travelling with a group of people I didn’t know, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Northbound Tours never fails to impress! I travelled with them to Bruce Peninsula/Tobermory last year and joined them again this year for Algonquin Park, and both experiences were amazing. Chris and Joe were fantastic guides: calm, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to travel with. Everything was well organized, punctual, and safe, with proper safety measures throughout the activities.As someone who usually travels solo, I especially love that Northbound trips give me a chance to meet great people and make new friends along the way.Overall, an amazing experience and absolutely worth the money. I had fun going to tobermory town,sight seeing the boards,and walking around the village,I also enjoyed a cup of cold gelato ice cream,you should try it out. All the shops have something for a keeps sake that is a merchandise.something to try out is boat riding if possible. The tour guide,kept us informed of how the city came to be ,and all the other places including the Indian head cove and the Grotto was really amazing. Just make sure you know how to swim,and the water is really cold.It was a really great experience for me, and our tour guide was very accommodating,and informative. BEWARE:I was a guest on a tour.Last row of van is extremely cramped.No leg room, 4 seats squished and both windows seats are over the window well with even less leg room. This was an amazing trip! In just three days we experienced so many beautiful places. The itinerary included several hikes with breathtaking views that I'll never forget. Camping was very comfortable, and the meals cooked over the campfire were delicious and offered something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food.What made this trip truly special was our guide. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making everyone feel comfortable. He was always attentive to everyone's needs and happy to help. Recently returned from a 2-day camping trip to Tobermory and the Bruce Peninsula with Northbound Tours, and it was an incredible experience. Our guide, Alan, was absolutely wonderful. He took care of every detail with so much care, completely removing the stress of travel so we could simply be present.We had perfect weather for hiking and exploring the breathtaking, turquoise waters of Georgian Bay, Flowerpot Island, The Grotto, and Lion’s Head. We even saw chipmunks along the trails by day, and fireflies, the Milky Way, and a brilliant Strawberry Moon at night.As beautiful as the landscapes were, what truly made this trip unforgettable was the people. It is a rare and beautiful thing to find such genuine human connection while traveling. Everyone in our group of 12 was so kind and naturally looked out for one another. On our final hike, we even met a solo traveler who clicked with us so effortlessly that she instantly became part of our circle. Alan managed to bring complete strangers together and create a space where we felt like a close-knit family by the end of the weekend.And like they say, it’s not about the destination, but the journey and friends we made along the way.
