My family and I were able to secure a trainer outside of bark.com so I’ve decided to stop the sms messages I was receiving from this company. A trainer named Rochelle Primeau from “No Bad Dogs Academy” then reached out with a disgusting message due to me stopping the sms messages- And I quote in her words “ Hi Racquel,
if you don’t want ppl contacting you for dog training an add you created then maybe don’t be an idiot and create one.

All the best” end quote.

Very unacceptable!

You have nvr worked with our company!!!! For one you never stopped any communication you literly put the word STOP in caps and left it at that then you blocked the profile. Not once did you opt to say you no longer needed a trainer. Which if you didnt need barks services then you should have removed ur add and not wasted peoples times and money to reach out to you in the first place. Rachelle is an asset to the company. No review is going to change that !

I did my first consultation with Rachelle today and was blown away! Her control of my bully, Milli, was clear upon arrival. During this session we hung around my home and went for a walk to get a feel of where my dog needs improvements.

The conclusion was that he does not see me as the boss and we need to work on obedience (him and me 😂). Rachelle gave me options of the appropriate very reasonably priced programs and I’ve happily signed up for a 6 week program!

I’ll update this review after the program… but I already witnessed my 3yr old bully walk beside someone for the first time … he normally drags everyone down the street! More...

Rachelle and Ben are truly amazing trainers. They helped me with my dogs fear aggression. GAVE ME LOTS OF FREE ADVICE before I even hired them on the phone to try and help me fix the issue myself. I was having issues with training my new pup, a Cane Corso. I knew he was smart but I couldn't get him to stop going to the bathroom in the kennel and I was struggling to get any weight on him at all. I was at my wits end when I posted on a Cane Corso page on Facebook. I was I was attacked for my lack of knowledge and was even accused of neglect. Not going to entertain this drama. Do not owe you $250 dollars sessions are not even that much a piece first off. Second phone time isnt free. Second you voided contract stating your dog had bitten you and you were making a date to have her put to sleep and wanting me to attend. There for furture trainings are voided. You only had one session left the 6th is testing of the programe and graduation not a training hour just a (fyi) your dog needs an owner that can actually fulfull the dogs needs with your mibility issue you shouldnt have any dogs as you cant provide all the dogs need. Further more you wsnted to surrender the dog in question to us and then decided if we didnt wsnt her you would just have her out down again voiding out a training contract. !!! There is a reason we have contracts its null and void on your end we dont refund for that and waste of time to train a dog your having put down. Your childish bad reviews on here do nothing but waste your time writng them. Have a good day.

Hi , I would recommend Rochelle and Ben with training your dog. We did a 6 week training and was a great experience. My dog had aggression towards other dogs , she now has learned to not be aggressive, she actually wants to meet other dogs , they sniff and then she wants to play. Although she has the odd time where she barks at other dogs still, but it’s a learning process and if I ever need anything, Rochelle and Ben will be there for me, even though our training classes are over. Rachelle is an incredible trainer. She understands what works and what doesn’t. I was a first time puppy owner losing my mind. She got on the phone with me within minutes of receiving my request and spent nearly an hour talking me through how to deal with puppy behaviour. This is before I gave her any money or commitment to her services. She genuinely cares about dogs and is an incredible resource. Literally within a day my puppy was learning because of Rachelle. We adopted Poe from a Ministry rescue shelter and were told he and others were rescued from a puppy mill. After 3 weeks of working/living with Poe he was showing signs of aggression towards people that approached me so I searched on Bark and found No bad Dogs Academy. Our meeting with Rachelle was a total learning experience for my son and I, to start we learned why he was reacting to people as well as what to do when he exhibited that behaviour. In a 2 hour assessment we learned so much about Poe and what we were not doing correctly. They are coming back in a few days to start the first training session and we are looking forward to it. Rachelle helped me with my over possessive aggressive German Shepard dog. He would lunge and attack everyone insight. With one session she was able to correct his behaviour and showed me how to change his behaviour to something I wanted instead of his reactions. It’s been a total life change and am amazing experience. If you have a dog this is the trainer for you. Her prices are beyond reasonable from what other trainers charge she’s worth every penny. We’ve just embarked on the No Bad Dogs Academy six week behaviour modification program, with Rachelle .
Rachelle is super knowledgeable and helped us quickly understand what we need to do to calm down our fearful and very reactive little dachshund. We’ve had a couple of biting incidents in the past when answering the door or walking our pooch.
This was only the first of six sessions and by the time we got around to doing the paperwork, our dog was holding a sit/stay and enjoying treats…and mercifully no more barking. More...

Rachelle is amazing! She really knows her stuff as we called her stressed about our new puppy and she gave great tips and how to handle the situation. Her methods really worked within hours, our puppy was not create trained and cried when put in it but with Rachelle’s help she was settling fast in her crate and learning to like being in it.
