We were quoted $89.99 for a service call, but when the technician arrived, he stayed for about 15 minutes, didn't have the necessary parts to fix anything, and then told us the charge was actually $145. 89. Nothing was repaired, and we were left very frustrated. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company—stay away. I forgot to mention I was quoted 600 for the repair, the tech should me a Google search and a price showed 600 for the part. After I asked him to leave I found the part for 45 on Amazon and fixed the issue myself the next day. More...
