I trusted this Company, as it was the Hilton after all. the driver of BEST Tor Tours,did NOT secure the backdoor. my bag fell out & smashed by another vehicle. The company driver admitted to not securing the door. I'm a professional photographer and all my equipment, laptop & irreplaceable belongings gone. pathetic attempts to compensate an 18k incident w 700.00, then 2,500? Don't ever trust this company to service ANY hotel you stay. More...
