Very bad service! The guy Amiri is the worst guy I have ever met! He did our basement and tried to introduce his own contractor with much higher price! We ended up use another contractor he started not answering phone. He doesn’t even know what is the field report! We have to explained to him and he wanted a double price comparing to other architect’s quotation. Amiri is very rude and always late and always find excuses for his mistakes and negligent! He has not finished the job, but refuse to return my deposit and refuse to issue an invoice. I am going to make a claim to the engineer professional organization. Hope he is a real engineer. As a contractor, I have had the pleasure of working with Amiri from Nesta Design for several years. Whenever I require a building permit to start construction, I turn to Amiri for his expertise.
He visits the site, takes the necessary measurements, and provides professional advice regarding architectural and structural procedures.
Amiri then designs the project and shares it with us and the property owner to get our input and optimize the design. He prepares all architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and other necessary drawings, and carries out the entire permit application process, obtaining building permits from the city.
But Amiri's job doesn't end there. He provides ongoing advice and consultation during construction to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
