Was a really nice deep clean of my place in the south end of Guelph! John was really straightforward and set clear expectations of the price as well as what the crew would be able to do! The crew arrived right in the timeframe that they said they would and were very professional and thorough! Jon was very responsive and I appreciate that he sent his workers back when I wasn’t satisfied with the clean the first time. However overall I’m so disappointed with the quality of the work. I checked off the extra options to clean the cabinets and inside the appliances but none of this was done, or if it was attempted to be done it wasn’t done well. If you want a surface level clean without any real attention to detail then you can go ahead with this company. But I had hired them to do a thorough deep clean of my new home before we had moved in and I was left feeling extremely underwhelmed. More...

John and his crew arrived just a day after contractors had finished sanding the walls, so the place was covered in dust. Despite the mess, they tackled everything with care and professionalism. The kitchen appliances, especially the fridge and stove, were in rough shape—but they managed to get them sparkling clean. As requested, they also paid close attention to all the little details: California shutters, window frames, baseboards, and deep cleaning in the kitchen and bathrooms. I had a very thorough cleaning and in fact all the grime was removed from my bathroom tiles. John came over to help out and I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Magda and John are very nice people who run an amazing cleaning company and Michelle is an excellent cleaner who is very thorough and thoughtful.

The ladies did a thorough cleaning job throughout. They were friendly and responded immediately to our input. My wife’s inspection after gave an A+ rating.

Highly recommend My Dream Clean! We have hired them for their continuing, biweekly service. The duo is exceptionally thorough through out the entire cleaning of our house. Trustworthy and reliable. They don’t charge hourly and don’t rush through the clean of your home.
