I have hired a company called Mow and Snow Property Maintenance (www.mowandsnow.co) Establish in 2023 by Shak Tharani (647) 954-0663 and located at 200-120 East Beaver Creek Rd, Richmond Hill, ON, Canada, Ontario, based on the positive reviews they had.
I quickly understood that I probably made a terrible mistake and probably all the reviews they have are fake. May be AI generated or manipulated.
They promised and never deliver. I asked for something to be done and they did not deliver. The have send me a picture of the plants they will use and plant for me and the plants shown were about 12”-14” and they deliver plants that were much smaller (8”-10”). They promise that the plants they sold me, will grow one (1) foot every two months and the pants are still not more then 12” after 6 months.
When I approached Shack with my concern, he never replayed to me. I kept calling and sending messages but he would not answer or reply to my call and messages. He kept ghosting me and not taking care of the job I have hire him to do.
I don’t believe any of the positive reviews are true and as far as I am concern, he is a liar, and a crook. Dishonest person and without any morals and dignity.
I strongly recommend NOT to use him for any job and NOT to hire Mow and Snow Property Maintenance for anything. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY and TIME even talking to him.

Context: We visited this gentleman “Marty” to give a FREE quote and provided one for every service we noticed that needed to be done, and gave the option to do some or all as the quote was broken down by service as most customers appreciate a breakdown rather than an overall price. We took time out of our schedule to provide a free quote, were polite and cordial (still have text message exchange) and were not hired with no hard feelings, yet were left a 2 star review. This says much more about the poster than our company, who has all 5 star reviews besides what can only be seen as an unreasonable person.
