My job is to take that stress away from you by being your agent to the lenders and working on your behalf to get the best solution for you. The entire process of obtaining a mortgage can be done over the phone, through emails and my online portal if that is how the client wishes to do it. Whatever works best and is most convenient is what we will do.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
There is no need for an in person meeting. My process has been refined so that everything can be done over the phone and online unless the client wants to meet at the office, they do not need to.
