Elan and his Mortgage Outlet team are really shaking up the industry with the fastest, easiest, most-useful mortgage brokerage. The rate they provided was better than my bank's rate, but also, the speed was incredible. I had been working with my own bank, who kept delaying with request after request after request. The whole process with my bank was taking weeks. Mortgage Outlet swooped in, got a faster response from my bank, and then beat that offer with a rival bank. The whole process took about a week. The experience I had with Elan Weintraub at Mortgage Outlet was first class professionalism... period! I was a difficult case for Elan, because of my credit history, and with all the obstacles we encountered, Elan always impressed me by sticking with me and staying true to his word!
This is a unique trait that I as a customer value the most.
Elan was creative, getting me the highest LTV at the best rates when other mortgage brokers who I advised with said it was impossible.
Elan and his team were always ahead of the curve. They pre-preemptively requested the information needed, advised me on how to arrange finances, all for for getting the best mortgage.
They were always communicative. My mortgage took almost 5 months to arrange and I can't remember one instance where my calls were or questions weren't answered!
I could not be happier and more satisfied with Elan, Hugh and his team. I sincerely believed that they looked at me as a potential customer for life rather than a one time deal. They beat my expectations with their professionalism, understanding of the intricacies of the business and most importantly with the outstanding results they achieved for me.
I would recommend them to anyone, this was simply an amazing experience.
