What do you love most about your job?
One of the most fulfilling aspects of caregiving is the opportunity to build relationships. Over time, the bond between caregiver and client grows deeper, and it’s incredibly rewarding to know that I am a trusted presence in someone’s life. Whether it’s sharing a laugh, having a conversation about their life stories, or simply offering a listening ear, those moments make all the difference. The trust that’s built between us allows me to be there for them in ways that go beyond the physical care I provide it’s the emotional support, the sense of security, and the companionship that truly matters.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I already have the inspiration and desire to start my own business Mary and J Love and Care Ltd., and now it’s about making it happen! Break down each step, stay focused on providing excellent care, and my business will grow naturally. The key to success in the home care industry is compassion, professionalism, and building a trusted reputation in the community.
