Markelangelo replaced our roof a few years back and did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. Great quality and the workers were nice and really focused on their work. They cleaned up after themselves and we were very happy with everything. Fast forward to this year, we thought we had a leak but actually turned out to be a squirrel who had opened up the soffit. The team returned, helped us figure out the problem and installed some boxes to stop it from happening again. Again, the workers were very focused, and did a great job despite having to pivot with not having a driveway (the asphalt had been ripped up and the interlock guys were working in the front also). Markelangelo Roofing are awesome. Their staff are very courteous and and ensured that our dog was safe when he had to go out. Seemingly good work on the roof, time and weather will tell. Good protection of property, plants, etc and cleanup of the site. Business aspect was less satisfactory. We were told that this was a one day job but took two in spite of no unexpected issues. The dumpster still sits in our driveway three days after supposed removal in spite of reminding emails and phone calls. More...

Markelangelo's responded to our request to expedite the job before we had the attic insulation done. Kevin came out and did a thorough inspection. They had to adjust their scheduling to install roofing shingles as well as replace all the sheathing due to extreme mold on the underside. The crew were prompt and did a great job. Clean up was impeccable and Kevin came out again after it was done to confirm all went well and for a second sweep for nails and garbage. We will call them again when it's time to redo the garage! In May 2023, we had a roof leak after the first heavy rain. Markelangelo's managed to get here sooner than we thought they'd be able to and after a brief time, they fixed the entire problem. Today they replaced our skylight. They came right when they said they would and did a really nice job. We are very happy with this new skylight. Now in Nov. 2025, we had water coming into the dryer exhaust, once again, Markelangelo's sent someone to check it out and withing a week, they sent two really friendly and competent staff who replaced the vent and solved the problem lickety-split. I'm so happy with my new roof! From the estimate through the final inspection, it was a great experience. Ladies in particular, if you're tired of trades people treating you like you know nothing, these guys are worth reaching out to. I was treated with respect through the whole experience. Where the weather has been making scheduling quite changeable and challenging, the crew stayed until after 6pm on a Friday to get the job done while the weather was good. Clean up was excellent. I recently had Markelangelo’s Roofing to do a minor repair to my roof ,which they originally had installed years ago and to also install a gutter leaf guard. Through the whole process I was impressed with the service,ongoing communication and the work of professional and knowledgeable employees. As a senior operations manager, I am impressed with Markelangelo! I needed to get our roof fixed as it was missing a few shingles but was dreading the process and finding the right company. My expectations were high for quality work and no waiting on the phone and the goal was to find a company in the east end that would quickly provide a quote and get the work completed. I hired Markelangelo's for a roof repair - I had a gable roof and a couple of roof vents that needed repairing. I couldn't be happier with the entire process: everything from the initial call, the estimator and the roofer who did the work were top notch. I was able to make an appointment within a very few days to replace a 34-year-old set of roof cables which had become faulty and come adrift with the winter ice, and were hanging down, a few feet dangling over the edge of the roof. The craftsman came at the appointed time and completed the work efficiently, tidily and carefully, and within the estimated cost.
