Worst property manager! Issues during our short working relationship:
1. Rent paid to landlord 2-3 weeks after rent collected
2. Refusal to provide copies of invoices paid for through property manager. Tenants said work was not completed but landlord refused to provide access to contractor, even through contractually required.
3. N1 Rent increase form filed by property manager made active date 6 months rather than the 3 month (90) period, resulting in lost rental income. Either the property manager didn't know the law or gave the tenants an additional 3 months before they had to pay the increase on purpose - you decide.
4. Poor attitude and bad service overall.

We properly served you the termination notice, we have no regrets. We won't list your landlord violations or combat/debate your falsehoods on an open forum. Your choice to fabricate falsehoods in your review aligns with your continued pattern of passive harassment and violating terms. During our engagement we documented multiple serious tenant complaints and concerns regarding compliance with tenancy obligations, safety, and adherence to landlord/tenant relations rights, safety and general well being. These records informed our actions. Your review, validates our reaction. We have chosen to leave this review, and not dispute it, for two reasons: 1. It allows everyone to see the ongoings of both aspects of landlord/tenant relationships, sometimes there are difficult landlords to manage, who unknowingly, by posting a "bad review" yet, expose themselves. It is not always bad tenants. 2. Allow you the opportunity to remove it and avoid further embarrassment. We truly hope you seek proper & moral actions while acting as a landlord in your future endeavours. The liabilities you create will be your demise.

Keeping communication lines open for all relationships, which can be a challenge. Tenant/landlord, tenant/ staff, LTB, and further, we strive to keep everyone in the loop!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Experience in the business for over 5-10 years, and not having the ability to meet the needs of clients properly. Owning allowed me to create the logistics needed for streamline management.
