Do you want to work with someone who lies, forgets what he tells you, and claims to have quality assurance when he clearly doesn’t? Then this is the company for you.

From the very start, there were problems ...especially with Eric. He constantly contradicted himself about his systems and confirmed cleaning dates, then tried to shift the blame back on me instead of taking accountability. At one point, he even had a cleaner show up on a day that wasn’t scheduled.

Eric’s reactions swing from 0 to 100 instantly. When I raised concerns about the quality of the cleans, rather than accepting that his staff may not have done their job properly, he pushed back as if I was the problem. For a short term rental, cleaning is critical to ratings and the guest’s first impression. Yet his team consistently failed at even the basics...towels, bedding, soap top-ups. I worked with Eric on every guest complaint, and while he was quick to act, it always came with the narrative that it couldn’t possibly be his cleaners.

After doing my own quality checks, I found serious issues. I sent him photos and videos as evidence, and he responded by saying he was going to be firing that cleaner and offering me a “free clean” to keep my business. He said he’d send his most experienced cleaner but at a higher cost. Out of desperation, I agreed, thinking paying more might solve the issue. It didn’t. The next two guests still complained, and I had to step in personally.

At that point, I told Eric I was moving on. I even wished him luck, hoping he’d get his cleaner issues resolved. That’s when he went from 0 to 100 again...angry, unprofessional, and retaliatory. He took the invoice for the so called “free clean” (which I had already paid) and reissued it at full charge. Then, he told me a week later if I didn’t pay his final invoice, he would leave that earlier invoice at full charge. Used it as a form of leverage that he will file paperwork if went unpaid. I'm assuming this might be PTSD from past customers who didn't like his quality of work and ran from the bill because the final invoice wasn't even issued yet for me to pay.

In other words: he used threats and manipulated billing to try to force payment.

Bottom line: This guy is dangerous to your business. From my experience, anyone who changes a paid invoice to charge extra and then threatens to withhold or alter billing isn’t worth working with. Do your homework... search his company online. If you can’t find any reliable business information, that’s a red flag in itself.

Find a reputable cleaner with a track record you can actually verify. Don’t risk your business on someone like this. More...

Every now and then, you will encounter customers that it's in their nature to find things to complain about regardless of the quality work that was done. We followed every request (even though the dryer did not dry items given the short amount of time given to cleaners) as well as performed a FREE clean to accommodate additional requests but still not good enough for this customer.

Pressure washed my large deck, brick pathway, 2 sets of stairs, and entry way to front door. Excellent job and attention to detail!

Highly recommend. Eric went above and beyond to assist with my renovations. Super happy with my kitchen.
