The initial installation was satisfactory. Jason was on time and completed the installation quickly. Unfortunately, one of the cameras stopped working a couple of days later. Jason returned to fix the problem. It worked for a day and stopped working again. Jason came back at least 3 times. He showed me that the data was stored in the NVR, but my monitor displayed a black screen for that camera.

Regarding the Security System, we were promised a DSC system but received a no-name product.

Jason did follow up after the installation. This installation took place on Aug 29. As of today (Oct 23), this issue has not been fixed. This is a 2-star experience for us. More...
