I help my clients reach their fitness goals in a way that actually fits their life. We can train wherever works best for you — I can come to you, we can meet at a private gym I have access to, or we can keep things virtual. I focus on setting goals that are personalized, realistic, and sustainable — no crash plans or quick fixes. Plus, I use an easy-to-use app to set up your workouts and track your progress, so you always know what to do and can stay on top of your routine, even between sessions.

There’s no magic trick — the real “secret” to getting the body of your dreams is consistency, patience, and a plan that actually works for you. That means setting realistic goals, building habits you can stick to, and doing workouts you actually enjoy. Crash diets and all-or-nothing routines don’t last. What does last? A personalized approach, support when you need it, and showing up for yourself regularly — even when motivation fades. That’s where I come in — to help you stay on track, make it doable, and celebrate progress every step of the way.

What I love most about my job is giving my clients challenges they didn’t think they could do — and then watching them absolutely crush it. Seeing that moment when they realize they’re stronger, more capable, and more confident than they thought? That never gets old. It’s about more than just fitness — it’s helping people feel proud of what their bodies can do.

I started my business after working at a big box gym for four years. I didn’t agree with how they treated clients — overcharging, making it hard to cancel, and creating a toxic vibe. So I left, and my clients followed. Now, I run my business with more flexibility, fairness, and real support — the way it should be.

Clients should choose me because I’m educated, experienced, and — most importantly — relatable. I’m not a hardcore, “gym rat” type of coach. I use science-backed advice, but I also listen and understand the everyday struggles people face. My goal is to create a plan that works with your lifestyle, not against it — so you can actually stick with it and feel good doing it.

As a kinesiologist, I also have experience working with serious injuries and health conditions, so I know how to create safe, effective programs for clients with unique needs. Whether you're starting fresh or coming back from something tough, I’ll help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence every step of the way.
