Their compassion, support, and experience in managing the challenges associated with dementia and Parkinson's have been invaluable to our family. When I was searching for Private Care for my Mum I had called several agencies and when I spoke to Kelly, I had a feeling that this was the one!
Kelly came to my parent’s house to meet with me and my Dad while my Mum was in hospital. She was friendly, very caring and put us at ease. Kelly chatted with my Dad and we liked her immediately.
Kelly has a great team of caregivers and she and her team have all been wonderful with my Mum. They are punctual, very kind, helpful and understanding. With Kelly’s experience, she keeps me in the loop and provides advice when needed. It’s also a relief to know that when they are caring for Mum, my Dad feels comfortable leaving her in their hands which gives him some free time to go for a walk and run errands.
I have nothing but good things to say about Kelly and her team and would highly recommend them.

We recently had the pleasure of employing a PSW who stood out from the rest! We were in need of some overnight help for our Mom (Grama) and Kelly was wonderful!
She took time to chat with my daughter and I on the phone first, and then came to meet us and my Mom personally. She immediately put us at ease with her compassionate and pleasant personality.
Kelly demonstrated an exceptional ability to connect with my Mom and also showed a genuine interest in her well being and happiness. My Mom trusted her right away and really enjoyed her company.

It has been a pleasure to work with Kelly. She is very professional and caring and has guided me through the process of supplying home care to a friend who is 91 years of age and who is living alone. My friend Margaret who is hesitant to have anyone help her has enjoyed the company of all the caregivers sent to her in Kelly’s employ. They have been punctual, caring and if needed have stayed past the hours booked. Last night Margaret was admitted to the hospital for observation and with short notice Kelly’s team will provide companionship daily and bring her a few outside snacks and meals until the doctors and social workers complete their assessment. I booked with Kelly Home care for support at home as I was recuperating from knee replacement surgery. I found Kelly to be very professional and helpful- advising me of things to think about in my home environment. My PSW, Christine was truly amazing! She approached her work with me in a compassionate and kind manner. She was very respectful of my home and often offered to help in keeping it tidy and clean. Christine was invaluable in supporting me through my physiotherapy exercises and personal comfort.
