How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I've been in the Fitness industry for 6 years. I put 100% of my energy into creating my FLT Method to help women over 40, lose weight, build muscle, eat the foods they love and drop the all or nothing mentality. I'm proof the FLT Method works. Fuel, Lift, Thrive. It's a sustainable weight loss program for women.
What do you love most about your job?
My passion is helping as many women over 40 I can overcome their limiting beliefs around achieving the body of their dreams, being in the best shape of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've gone through mental health issues all my life. However, 6 years ago, I found the method that not only helped me through those mental health issues, but kept me out of the dark whole we can sometimes dig for ourselves. I know how hard it is to get out of that once you're in. Finding my way out is something that needs to be shared, if I went through it, there are others out there dealing with the same.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm 50 years old, a mom, a wife. I'm in the best shape of my life. I've never had confidence in the past, and I now have the confidence I've always wished for.
I come from a place of experience with perimenopause, menopause, I've endured the symptoms that come along with that. I'm not a 20 something year old trainer that pretends to understand what happens to women's bodies as they get older, I've been through it! I found a proven method that is designed for women over 40!
