Katie was reluable for a few times and then had obe excuse after another to cancel every scheduled cleaning. She had been pain in advance for one visit, never shwed up and never reimbursed as promised. I would not recommend her.

How long have you been in business?
I have been a PSW for over a decade providing help in the home with activities of daily living and as a house keeper since 2021. I have worked with families single working professionals single parents and seniors.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes I bring all supplies and can provide all equipment (I personally have a chargeable vacuum)
What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that I am providing a service that is making someone elses day easier or less stressful. I also love making beds and setting up children's bed/rooms.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a mom of three being able to choose my schedule and work hours is most ideal. I love organization and I love routine so being able to manage both of these things for myself gives me a lot of enjoyment.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a diligent and resourceful individual I take pride in my work and I truly love what I do. I do not overlook things or rush and I am always one to make an extra effort and go out of my way with extra little personal touches. I am not judgmental and my goal is to make your day easier less stressful and your home more accommodating.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since covid I do take extra precautions when it comes to sanitization and elimination of bacteria. I can provide gloves and a mask if there are symptoms in the home or if I am minorly ill. If I have more than two symptoms at the same time I will give the client the choice if they want me in the home.
Regular style housekeeping
Providing housekeeping services bi-weekly or weekly dependent on client needs.
Includes but does not limit to; all surface areas (kitchen bathrooms sitting rooms); high touch areas; light dusting; floors (includes mopping) light tidy and organizing of other areas.
Deep Cleans
Deep cleans/monthly cleans
A very thorough more intense style clean that focuses on everything in a regular clean PLUS high touch and low touch areas; high and low dusting; a detailed cleaning of the bathrooms (deep clean/scrub shower walls behind toliets etc) the kitchen including the outside of appliances all surface areas microwave and exterior of stove. Can include linen changes in bedrooms and a thorough cleaning and organization of sitting rooms bedrooms living rooms etc.
One time/rental unit/move in-move out etc.
Providing cleaning services for a one-time need.
Can be a quick basic clean or more of a deep clean style dependent on client need.
