They contacted me right away. We arra get a day and time for someone to come. They base their operations on 3 hours at a time. There price s are very reasonable. The lady who came did a thorough job. They give you a choice of using their products or your own. We have arranged to have them come every second Thursday. The first contact with the responsible (Bernice) was great and it was easy to communicate my needs. The cleaning was done vigorously leaving everything shining and clean. I was happy with the work done. There was a little bit confusion with address leading to a delay in the arrival of the cleaning person, my recommdndation would be to ensure to give clear direction for the address.
